Grandmaster Wang is now available to teach previously highly guarded secrets of internal power practices that clear away imbalance, strengthen qi and improve the health and wellness:
Qigong (internal cultivation of Qi): Qigong practice is divided into meditation, stance practice with movements, and the Five Sets of Internal Exercises.
Taiji (Tai-chi) and Pushing Hands: Taiji forms are based on Daoist cosmology. The movements are centered at the Dantian, and led by the waist. The forms should look relaxed, rooted, and rounded. Pushing Hands is a great way to find out if one truly understands Taiji principles.
Bagua Palm: Bagua literally means the Eight Trigrams, which are abstract philosophical concepts from the definitive treatise in the Daoist Canon, The Book of Changes, or I-Ching.
Anlin-Wudao Qin Na, Close Combat & Wrestling: For Qin Na, in addition to grabbing the opponent's joints and twisting them toward the unnatural direction, one can hit the opponent's essential acu-points, and control the opponent's center of power through rooted spiraling force.
Shaolin Wushu: Shaolin Wushu is the basic training of martial arts for beginners, especially appropriate for kids and youngsters.
Grandmaster Wang is now available to teach a regular class of small group about health maintenance via Taiji forms, Qigong practice and traditional Chinese massage. Taiji (Tai-chi) forms are based on Daoist cosmology. The movements are centered at the Dantian, and led by the waist. The forms should look relaxed, rooted, and rounded. Qigong practice is divided into meditation, stance practice with movements, and the Five Sets of Internal Exercises. Traditional Chinese massage is aimed to keep in balance of yin and yang in the body by tuina and acupressure, which is rooted in ancient Chinese theory of main and collateral channels. The class consists of 10 lectures, regularly every Thursday from 7pm to 9pm. The first hour is forTaiji and Qigong practice and the second hour is for traditional Chinese massage. There is no prerequisite knowledge of Qigong and Taiji to register the class.

After years of qigong practice, one can generate a beneficial vital energy called "qi". Accordingly to TCM theories, a qigong practitioner can infuse this life force, through skin, into a recipient's meridian and blood circulation as well as the musculature, supplementing vital energy, improving immune functions, decreasing oxygen consumption, and reducing metabolic needs. Qigong has also been cited as having positive effects on recuperation after a major illness or surgery, and on the fight against aging.
Acupressure therapy is an ancient Chinese health remedy that appeared before acupuncture, and is reputed to have all the benefits of the latter. Moreover, during an acupressure treatment, a practitioner may be able to supplement his own qi into the recipient's meridians. However, good effects only come from practitioners who have practiced for a decade or even several decades, and those practitioners are extremely rare even in China. During a session, recipients may experience a hot, full, numb and/or cold sensation resembling air entering or exiting the body. According to TCM theories, acupressure treatment may be effective against a variety of pain conditions, particularly for those suffering from headaches and chronic muscle pains.
Tuina (pronounced /’tuei’na:/) has been said to help unblock meridian pathways and improve blood circulation. According to TCM theories, receiving tuina on a regular basis relieves muscle and joint pains, sprains and stress, helps with the body’s detoxification process, and results in beautiful skin, higher energy levels and better overall health.
